INFORMATION CLAUSE regarding PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION<\/strong><\/p>

We inform you that::<\/p>

1. The administrator of your personal data is INTEC Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cAdministrator\u201d or INTEC), with its registered office in D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119ka (55-095 Mirk\u00f3w) at 33D Wroc\u0142awska Street, phone: +48 71 348-18-18, email: biuro@intec.com.pl.<\/p>

2. Legal basis for processing: The Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cAct\u201d) and the Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).<\/p>

3. Purposes of personal data processing:
\u2022 maintaining HR and payroll documentation,
\u2022 handling customer inquiries and orders,
\u2022 other purposes necessary for conducting business activities by INTEC Corp.<\/p>

4. The employee’s personal data will be stored for the duration of the employment relationship, and to the extent required by law, also after its termination.<\/p>

5. Personal data provided by other individuals will be processed solely for purposes related to the business activities conducted by INTEC and stored for the period necessary to complete specific activities undertaken within the scope of INTEC\u2019s business activities.<\/p>

6. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure („right to be forgotten”), or restriction of processing, to object to processing, and the right to data portability. Requests can be submitted electronically to: a.pieles@intec.com.pl or k.mocko@intec.com.pl, CC: biuro@intec.com.pl. The Administrator will respond promptly, no later than 30 days after the request is made.<\/p>

7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.<\/p>

8. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for achieving the processing purposes mentioned in point 3 above. Failure to provide data will result in the non-establishment or termination of cooperation with INTEC Corp.<\/p>
